Delivery times are dependent on the type of service you have selected. If there is a problem with the fulfilment of your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
This service aims to deliver your parcel 3 to 5 working days after collection. The courier we use for this service does not offer same day collection therefore your order will be collected the following day subject to availability. Once collected, you will receive an email from My Hermes with your tracking reference and a link to their website.
If you require Standard delivery to any location outside of mainland UK please contact us prior to placing your order. Certain parts of the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Cornwall and Devon are excluded from our Standard Delivery and you will need to contact us for delivery.
Next Day Delivery
All UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day (subject to stock) for next day delivery. If there is a problem with stock you will be notified instantly.
Orders are processed for Delivery on Working days only Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). This means that orders placed by 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate your requirements no guarantees can be given. All delivery times and dates are quoted by the courier provider and Clb will not be held responsible for late delivery. If Clb incur any charges for failed delivery we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you. We will not accept claims for inconvenience, compensation or cancellation, etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
Our delivery charges are calculated on weight and postcodes.

We currently do not offer International shipping.
Non-Delivery / Shortages / Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Clb Car Care Ltd do not accept liability for goods that go missing in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages ‘24 hours after delivery’, non-delivery ’14 days from date of order’, incorrect goods and goods damaged 48 hours after delivery’ on the stated time scales.
If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense. Please use a recorded delivery service where a signature must be obtained to avoid delay and loss of your parcel.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation, please email us for this. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all components and accessories. The goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition (eg if you have only opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any ‘FREEGIFTS’ with the products must also be returned as well. Once any monies are credited, they are normally available for viewing on your online statement after 7-10 working days.
All products supplied by Clb Car Care Ltd are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee.
No refunds will be given for orders less than the value of the voucher, and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers can be exchanged for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. This will automatically be calculated and displayed in the checkout section. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us please complete the contact form or send a email to email@example.com. If your goods have not been dispatched then we will cancel your order.
In the event that your order has been dispatched you can return the Goods within 7 working days. The Goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The cost of return postage will be met by you and is non refundable. When we receive the Goods we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the Goods only no postage costs will be refunded.
The Goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
